We are looking for a Local Area Marketer will help build sales at the local level by establishing relationships and increasing guest loyalty. Will assist General Manager in the creation and implementation of in-restaurant and community marketing plans.

As a Local Restaurant Marketer Your Job Includes
- Assisting in all types of marketing events inside and outside of the restaurant!
- Reaching out to members of the community through calls and visits to plan Give Back Nights, catering, and other events
- Working with Area Director and OTB Management to review and plan future Local Restaurant Marketing efforts
- Chipping! Visit local businesses and share the glory of On The Border Chips & Salsa with the world
- Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to work within the appropriate level of independence
- Maintain a high sense of responsibility
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
