Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at On The Fly Productions. The Administrative Assistant will juggle a wide range of responsibilities to support the daily operations of the company, and be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including managing schedules, assisting with data organization, data entry, and calendar maintenance, familizarization and usage of various CRMs and apps, coordinating meetings, handling communications, interfacing with clients, and providing general administrative support. The role will be primarily based in St Louis, MO, with flexibility for some remote work.

Estimated Workload:
· 20-40 hrs/week. At least half the hours between 10 AM - 5 PM and some evenings and weekends required. We do request a consistent schedule (or at least to let us know your schedule in advance so we can support you.)
