About the Client: Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to focus on commercial litigation matters to support their litigation practice.
About the Role: The ideal candidate should have litigation candidate will have excellent writing and analytical skills, experience in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation, and enjoy working as part of a strong team. They must have experience as part of a litigation team and have trial experience with Colorado state and federal courts. Top candidates for this position are self-motivated individuals with exceptional communication and writing skills, showcasing a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic trial practice environment.
Main Responsibilities: ( Additional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the interview process )
  • Deliver favorable outcomes and garner positive client feedback
  • Contribute substantially to overall client satisfaction and firm financial
  • objectives
  • Meet minimum billing hours (utilization) on both a monthly and yearly
  • basis
  • Achieve set Effective Rate targets monthly and annually
Location: Near Parker, CO, which is about 20-30 minutes from Denver, CO.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
Schedule: Full-time
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 4 to 7 years of legal practice with exposure to diverse Litigation cases
  • Specific expertise in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation
  • Deposition experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency to plan and execute goals with creativity and autonomy, under the general guidance of Partners or Senior Attorneys
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution
  • State of Colorado law license
  • Familiarity with standard legal concepts, procedures, and practices crucial for supporting a growing firm
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills, with a knack for evaluating potential solutions
  • Team-oriented mentality with a willingness to tackle tasks of any size
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a drive to develop and expand personal practice
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and executing tasks to deliver cost-effective legal solutions to clients
  • A determined, professional, well-informed, attentive, and proactive approach to legal practice
  • A motivated individual with a track record of cultivating successful relationships beneficial to the firm and specific practice area
