Job Description
- Deliver favorable outcomes and garner positive client feedback

- Meet minimum billing hours (utilization) on both a monthly and yearly

- Achieve set Effective Rate targets monthly and annually
- 4 to 7 years of legal practice with exposure to diverse Litigation cases
- Specific expertise in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation
- Deposition experience is advantageous
- Proficiency to plan and execute goals with creativity and autonomy, under the general guidance of Partners or Senior Attorneys
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution
- State of Colorado law license
- Familiarity with standard legal concepts, procedures, and practices crucial for supporting a growing firm
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with a knack for evaluating potential solutions
- Team-oriented mentality with a willingness to tackle tasks of any size
- Forward-thinking mindset with a drive to develop and expand personal practice
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and executing tasks to deliver cost-effective legal solutions to clients
- A determined, professional, well-informed, attentive, and proactive approach to legal practice
- A motivated individual with a track record of cultivating successful relationships beneficial to the firm and specific practice area
