Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Present product information to clients and negotiate sales contracts - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records Skills: - Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or technology sales - Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity - Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
