DescriptionAs a Financial Controller and Reporting Specialist, you will oversee all financial activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with financial standards. - Supervise daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Manage fixed assets and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and prepare necessary financial reports.
- Oversee year-end audit preparation and handle tax return processes.
- Reconcile commercial credit cards and monitor cash flow.
- Support income statement forecasting and manage AR/AP entries.
- Perform monthly inventory audits and assist with 401K audit preparations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP (ERP) systems.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Korean required.
