- Plan, design, and manage network and server infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Implement network technology upgrades in line with strategic goals.
- Maintain and optimize Azure, on-premise servers, and networking equipment.
- Manage Cloud PC operations and support various IT hardware.
- Ensure the security of network and data systems.
- Provide first and second-line support at the office.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in a similar IT role.
- At least 3 years of experience in network or system administration.
- Familiarity with Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, Windows 10, o365, and ERP (SAP).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Korean is a plus.
