URGENT NEED FOR A HOME HEALTH RN IN LAS CRUCES, NM

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

** Pay will ber per visit **

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Perform various nursing procedures according to standards

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of NM
- 2 years of experience as a home health RN is required
- Experience in Homecare Homebase & OASIS Charting is required.
- Valid Driver's License
