Ourclient is seeking a proactive Printed Circuit Board (PCB) AssemblyManufacturing Process Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Thisrole will serve as the technical authority for New ProductIntroduction (NPI) and provide process support and enhancements forexisting assembly processes of legacy products.

Effectivecommunication across Operations Program Management and otherdepartments is essential for success in thisposition.

KeyRoleRequirements : The ideal candidate will possess both engineering and documentationexperience (including engineering plans and technical writing) asboth are critical to the rolessuccess.

Responsibilities :

Setup and troubleshoot all standard PCB assemblyprocesses.

Maintaina thorough understanding of ISO 9001 AS9100 practices and IPC610AWorkmanshipStandards.

Supportproduction schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and achievecompany revenuegoals.

Continuouslymonitor processes and operations to identify improvementopportunities based on training andexperience.

Generateand report on processmetrics.

Managemultiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and meet deadlineswith minimaloversight.

Analyzeinformation report research results document processes and resolveprocessrelated customerissues.

Qualifications :

Strongskills and experience in Process Development areessential.

Proficiencyin setting up and troubleshooting standard PCB assemblyprocesses.

Experiencewith screenprinter setup placement programming AOI programmingreflow oven profiling and wave solderrecipes.

Familiaritywith CAM software such as UNICAM or AEGIS is highlydesirable.

Aminimum of five years of experience in PCBassembly.

Adegree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experienceis preferred but notrequired.

Strongmechanical or electromechanical background ispreferred.

Abilityto manage multiple and competing priorities withflexibility.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPointetc.).

Willingnessto undertake additional duties as assigned bymanagement.

Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills.

Atleast two years of experience in receiving inspectionprocesses.
