One Call Plumbing Inc is Hiring a CSR Dispatch - Service Team Near Lyman, SC
Job DescriptionDispatcher/CSR - One Call Plumbing is looking for qualified individuals who are capable of multi-tasking, skilled in Windows and Microsoft Office, and are comfortable with answering a multi-line phone systems. Positions are full-time, with occasional weekend shifts. Office personal must be comfortable working in a high call column style office, being able to dispatch technicians to service calls, while operating at an optimum efficiency. CSR/Dispatchers are expected to interact with customers, be comfortable with taking down the customer's information and transcribing it into a computer database. Previously work experience with customer service and phone skills are highly recommended. Experience with plumbing terminology a plus.
