**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will oversee the administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks.
**Duties:**
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff
- Logistics operation compliance
- Logistics state and federal compliance
-Accounting/Bookeeping
- Reporting
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in budgeting and financial tasks
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and staff effectively
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Oversee phone systems and correspondence
- Answer main office line and direct phone calls to internal staff
**Skills:**
- Proficient in phone systems and communication tools
- Strong schedule management abilities
- Experience in clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents
- Prior experience in office management or supervising roles
- Budgeting skills to assist in financial tasks
- Very proficient with quickbooks online
