**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. **Responsibilities:** - **Buying:** Select and purchase inventory to maintain stock levels and meet customer demand. - **Stock Management:** Monitor inventory levels, organize stock, and ensure products are displayed effectively. - **Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. - **Assistant Manager Support:** Assist the assistant manager in daily tasks and decision-making. - **Payroll:** Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate payment to staff. - **Supervising:** Supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - **Sales Management:** Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions. - **Math Skills:** Utilize mathematical skills for inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis. - **Multilingual Skills (Nice-to-have):** Ability to communicate in multiple languages to assist diverse customers. - **Organizational Skills:** Maintain a well-organized store layout for efficient operations. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in retail. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in sales management, inventory control, and customer service. - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of retail math principles and financial management.
