Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the ownership team to uphold our standards of excellence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve operational goals and financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality throughout the restaurant.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new guests and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L management, inventory control, and staffing.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
