DESCRIPTION:
Award winning, 5-Star Luxury & Lifestyle Hotel overlooking the Embarcadero in San Francisco is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to join the culinary team. The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen management duties and daily operations within the hotel. The Sous Chef will be assigned various projects, inventory, payroll, etc., and will be responsible for training new cooks and assisting with menu development.
**This role will be scheduled for mainly for Breakfast and Lunch shifts (shift starts at 7am) and candidates must be available to work weekends**
