Qualifications
- Extremely Reliable
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong professional telephone presence
- Self-confident, self-motivated, self-starter, flexible, and results-oriented
- Ability to learn software applications used in the daily operations of the business
- Customer service experience
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Bookkeeping experience
- Comprehensive understanding of local service area
- Proven Ability to build, motivate, and manage a scheduler of a team of technicians
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Office Experience 3 years (Required)
- Experience in managing home service operations a PLUS
- HVAC Company and QuickBooks experience a PLUS
