One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Myrtle Beach is seeking a Lead Install Technician who will be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly.
• Installs heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company standards/ requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
• Performs diagnostics, as necessary.
• Maintains a clean work area and inspects area for cleanliness after job completion.
• Effectively communicates with customer regarding questions, concerns, and problems.
• Mentor the development of Assistant Installation Technician.
• Responsible for the delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete installation work.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
• Maintains a professional image, at all times.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn top pay, with ability to control and grow your income annually, starting at $35/hr based on experience

Compensation: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
