Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React development, REST API & microservices development, and experience with containerization & orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support various functionalities of the application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Implement containerization using Docker and manage applications using orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from front-end to back-end.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives to contribute to team collaboration and project success.
• Utilize work management tools like JIRA to manage tasks, user stories, and defects effectively.
• Check in and maintain code in Bitbucket using standard gitflow practices, including branching, merging, and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, and building microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience writing optimized SQL queries.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PAAS like AWS, Azure, and Openshift.
• Experience or understanding of query languages for APIs (i.e. GraphQL)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
