About OM4B

One Medical for Business (OM4B) has been rapidly growing, both in annual contract value (ACV) and new membership. Offering convenient access to providers through unlimited on-demand virtual care, remote primary care, and in-person visits in 28 markets; our advanced primary care model promotes wellness and prevention with integrated chronic, behavioral, pediatric, and acute care support.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to be an integral part of the OM4B sales organization and revenue mission. This role will help enable our field teams to drive and sustain our 30% revenue growth targets. Revenue and eligible employee growth enables expansion of the enterprise membership base, a strategic growth driver for One Medical overall.

As a member of the sales development team, you will be responsible for generating top of funnel opportunities through outbound email and phone prospecting as well as responding to inbound leads. You will partner with field sales to shape our B2B go-to-market strategy at One Medical helping us to unlock growth in each of the markets we serve. Our SDR team has clear metrics for success such as number of meetings booked, daily prospects sequenced, etc. By leveraging our training and hands-on mentoring to achieve these goals, this position is an excellent entry to a career in sales.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • 2 years of experience in a sales or sales development role, B2B experience preferred
  • Experience breaking into new accounts ranging in size from 500 to 10,000 employees preferred
  • Strong conversational communication skills, with a high degree of curiosity and empathy, and strong listening skills; quick thinking and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Openness and responsiveness to direct manager feedback, and a commitment to improvement through coaching and practice
  • An ability and commitment to researching and developing Accounts in their assigned territory while also collaborating with their counterparts on the Field Sales team
  • An ability and desire to become highly proficient using Lead Generation tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, to extract contacts and create accurate and targeted lists of prospects
  • An ability and willingness to follow prospecting plans and best practices, to execute engagement strategies employing Email, Phone Calls, and social touches, and to utilize sales tools and technology (Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) as prescribed to drive top-of-funnel engagement
  • A passion for being part of a team focused on transforming health care by delivering high-quality, affordable primary care for all

This is a full-time role based anywhere on the East Coast working EST business hours.

The base hourly pay for this role is $28.85. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
