PuroClean, a leader in property emergency services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, and other conditions resulting in property damage. Each of our independently owned franchises pledges to do whatever it takes to respond, restore and rescue properties in all of the communities we serve.
Known as “The Paramedics of Property Damage®,” PuroClean provides water damage remediation, flood water removal, fire and smoke damage remediation, mold removal, to commercial and residential customers. PuroClean technicians are thoroughly screened, insured, and trained in utilizing the latest mitigation technology and procedures while operating under a strict code of ethics.
Position Overview
Qualified candidates must be a results-driven sales representative in order to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Candidate must be able to sell the PUROCLEAN brand utilizing accepted PUROCLEAN practices and marketing material. You will be required to attend client meetings and trade shows as appropriate.
Responsibilities
  • Attend marketing events as required & distribute marketing material as needed.
  • Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
  • Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and follow up.
Duties
  • Present and sell PUROCLEAN services to current and potential clients as directed by Sales and Marketing Account Manager.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify and network with new sales prospects.
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Solid computer skills, including a proficiency at using Word, spreadsheets, internet and smart phones.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Work requires significant local travel.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
  • 1 years' experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
Physical Demands
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks.
  • The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
