The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline and 10 years related experience.
Civil Engineer ResponsibilitiesLocal candidates preferred. This is not a remote position.
- Assign tasks and schedules to project team members, promote a collaborative work environment, and monitor project progress.
- Lead design teams and administer projects involving municipal wells, streets and highways, distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems & lift stations, stormwater infrastructure, industrial park and commercial site design, landscape architecture, land surveying, capital improvement plans, project construction administration, etc.
- Serve as a technical expert for water system master plans, water studies, rate analysis, wastewater feasibility studies and facilities plans, and capital improvement planning.
- Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within one year.
- Consulting experience in water system master plans, wastewater facility plans, technical studies, rate analysis and capital improvement planning.
- Project Development experience where the primary focus was working with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Project Management including scheduling, budgeting, assigning tasks and tracking project progress.
- Technical experience on a variety of municipal water resource projects.
- Engineering consulting experience.
