One Tech Engineering is searching for a Senior Completions Coordinator for a position in Fort Worth, Texas. The Senior Completions Coordinator will be responsible for planning, supporting and/or implementation of construction project completions and pre-commissioning / commissioning of a variety of facilities, including commercial and industrial installations.
The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
Local candidates preferred or open to relocation. This is not a remote position.Senior Completions Coordinator Responsibilities

• Responsible for the tracking and testing for various facilities and completions documentation and verifications ensuring alignment with project contractual requirements.
• Lead the review of contractual specification for completion and commissioning requirements of projects.
• Lead the efforts to create, verify and finalize turnover boundaries and turnover packages.
• Lead set up tracking, reporting and turnover documentation of projects and ensure field teams understand and implement the tools according to specifications.
• Lead the review, planning and communication of vendor requirements with personnel performing commissioning efforts on client projects.
• Lead the development and implementation of commissioning and startup plans.
• Lead implementation by field teams during execution of completion and commissioning plans.
• Lead accept/reject verifications of construction status and completion on equipment.
• Lead inspection of installed devices and completion of field required setup and verifications.
• Lead coordination and checkout, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases of project efforts by addressing problems and routine requirements of equipment and devices.
• Ensure proper documentation of activities is maintained and the defined process is being followed in order to support company’s record keeping and reporting requirements, including turnover documentation.
• Lead Assistant and Staff level personnel in activities required by the Completions and Commissioning department.
• Lead projects for Completions and Commissioning, including proposal support.
• Ensure understanding of various testing equipment operation processes and procedures as well as logical controllers and field control systems (PLCs) as integrated in startup procedures.
• Responsible for oversight and support of project work activities for mechanical: piping, rotating equipment, stationary equipment, steel, welding, rigging, insulation, heat trace, paint, hydrostatic testing, fire protection and coatings. For electrical activities: installation, conduit, cable pulls, relay testing, substation, terminations. All as applicable per job skill set of individual.
• Meet responsibilities required as a Mechanical or Electrical Superintendent
• Adhere to and promote company and site safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Senior Completions Coordinator:

• High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
• Or Associate Degree Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field and 9 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
• Or Bachelor Degree Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field and 7 years of Completions and/or Commissioning experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and cloud-based software.
