Business Operations Manager

One to One Health is an innovative healthcare company that prides itself on delivering relationship-driven care. We were founded by a primary care physician whose passion is delivering the best healthcare outcomes with a focus on a patient experience that reduces barriers to care. One to One Health is excited to be growing its corporate team to support expansion – primarily with new telehealth products, but also with our core onsite clinical operations.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the corporate team and lead efforts to streamline operations, provide data-driven insights that drive process improvement, and support our largest accounts. The role will be in direct support of operations and sales, reporting to the VP of Virtual Operations, but will include general support to the CEO, CFO, CCO, and the TextCare telehealth team. The business is scaling rapidly and the position promises a wide range of challenges across business functions, with the chance to significantly contribute to One to One’s growth.

What we would like from you:

• A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One’s goal of patient-first health care
• A self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide-range of challenges (from client-facing communication/ implementation to data analysis to automating process design)
• Significant experience with analysis and the ability to generate insights while manipulating data using various tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc)
• A team player with strong communication skills who enjoys supporting multiple business functions in multiple ways (from ad hoc tasks through complex program management)
• Highly comfortable with technology (easily navigates unfamiliar systems with limited guidance including Electronic Health Records and patient engagement platforms)
• Experience with or a willingness to learn various Population Health Analytics (PHA) tools (Vital Incite, Springbuk, DeerWalk, etc) and how to interpret third-party data and transform it into targeted actions or campaigns that improve health while driving cost savings
• Experience with or a willingness to learn healthcare business operations

Skills and knowledge of:

• Highly comfortable with analyzing and manipulating data. This includes proficiency in data manipulation, data visualization, advanced formulas and analysis, and experience in automation
• Complete tasks independently with limited guidance while supporting multiple teams and functions
• Analyzing difficult administrative, operational, and financial problems and presenting solutions clearly and concisely
• Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, or a closely related field, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience, with a specific focus on data analysis.
