Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technician to join our team. As a Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for building, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and servers. Your expertise in Windows, as well as software troubleshooting, will be essential in providing efficient technical support to our customers.

Duties

- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on computers and servers

- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical assistance to customers

- Analyze equipment repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and resolve hardware problems as needed.

- Solder components and replace faulty parts as needed

- Install and configure computer hardware and software

- Provide timely updates and documentation on repair activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and diagnostics

- Experience with soldering and replacing computer hardware components

- Familiarity with servers and networking

- Able to work independently and as a part of the team

- Lift up to 50 lbs
