We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented assemblers to join our Production team. Our success is directly correlated to our people. We believe People who share a vision and are dedicated to working together can do extraordinary things. Our Production team supports our customers by building high-quality acoustic panels to order. Along with product assembly, the Associate is required to maintain organized work areas and perform each production function to the standards established by the Production Supervisor and Production Manager. The Production Associate plays a key role in meeting customer lead times and successfully filling customer orders. 

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime as needed. The employee must be able to work Saturdays when necessary and maintain a consistent schedule.

Primary duties of the position include:

• Prepare components in each production area
• Assemble final product
• Package products safely and in accordance with product standards
• Maintain quality workmanship in accordance with product standards
• Clean and organize production areas according to 5s principles
• Restock inventories and maintain stock records
• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Sufficient Manual Dexterity to use the following tools: Riveting equipment, various fabric cutting and manipulation equipment, and more
• Able to lift 55-60 lbs consistently and safely
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
