Job DescriptionWorkers comp admin or assist experience is required, a little more than entry level is ideal, overall good work ethic, open to learning!
Position Details:Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9 AM – 5:30 PM (during training period, start time may be changed to an earlier time after training)
Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain the office filing system and retrieve material from files as requested.
Maintain employee file by scanning documents into personnel file using HRIS systems.
Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, and answering the telephone while also relaying messages and maintaining equipment and supplies.
Updates and maintains HR bulletin boards and legal postings.
Send, accept, sort, and distribute all HR mail to correct person
Workers Comp: Employee outreach for injures
Workers Comp: Review, tag, and export video footage, when necessary, in relation to an injury.
Workers Comp: Prepare and coordinate safety supply orders on a schedule.
Assume other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications/ RequirementsA high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent computer skills / competency in Microsoft Office Programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn simple tasks quickly and work with little or no supervision.
Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in English & Spanish
