The Quality Engineer Must:

· Lead progress toward/implement ISO9001, IATF 16949 standards

· Be familiar with and assist with PSM regulation compliance

· Develop and implement quality standards and control systems compliant with customer required systems

· Create and maintain FMEA/dFMEA & control plans

· Create, lead, and aid in investigation of root cause investigations and corrective action reports (8d’s, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc)

· Lead cross functional teams in the pursuit of problem solving and mistake proofing quality problems

· Implement and manage plant SPC monitoring and experience with process control systems and software

· Perform quality measurements and analysis associated with incoming QA, internal QC, and calibration

· Lead in OCAP protocol generation, implementation, and disposition

· Identify and follow up with suppliers and/or customers to address quality issues, including action tracking and corrective actions

· Responsible for site document control management

· Assist in the generation of compliant Standard Operating Procedures

· Assist Process Development Engineer with transfer process from R&D to pilot line(s), and interact with R&D to optimize technology

· Assist in the development and rollout of plant ERP/MES system and associated material flow

· Responsible for the oversight, development, and management of lab procedures and activities

· Develop and ensure compliance with incoming, internal, and outgoing QA/QC processes

· Take lead in coordinating the resolution of plant IT issues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as other advanced data analysis software

· Safety conscious, committed to adhering to EH&S rules and regulations

Education, Experience and Certifications:

· 3-10 years of quality engineering experience, ideally in automotive, semiconductor wafer or solar cell manufacturing

· This position will work out of our Facility in Moses Lake, Washington
