Your best life awaits.Our Newest Opportunity: OneDigital (OD), OD is seeking to hire a Client Relationship Associate to join our wealth management and financial planning team. The primary focus of this role is to handle various administrative tasks related to back-office operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient client service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be an enthusiastic self-motivated learner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Collaborate with custodians, brokerage firms, and financial institutions to process client transactions, resolve discrepancies, and manage account-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of custodial interactions and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Prepare and review necessary paperwork for client accounts, including, but not limited to, account opening, transfers, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Execute fund transfers, wire requests, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist advisors in preparing materials for client meetings, including performance reports, investment summaries, and relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Maintain client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Update client profiles, contact information, and preferences.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and internal team members.
  • Assist with office organization, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is a plus.
  • The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions:
  • Sit or stand for extended periods as needed
  • May require walking on uneven surfaces for periods throughout the day
  • Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting as required, up to 50 pounds
  • Proper lifting techniques requires
  • Occasional travel is necessary
  • Workspace varies from inside, to working outside for extended periods during the day
Education, Training and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years' experience in wealth management or financial services business
  • Familiarity with Charles Schwab, Fidelity and/or Raymond James preferred
  • Familiarity with Orion, SalesForce, other financial technology, and industry regulations preferred
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
