About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiting Coordinator to work with our HR and departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company. The HR Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from collaborating on writing job descriptions to recruiting, pre-screening, conducting interviews, onboarding, hiring, managing the applicant tracking system, reviewing resumes, etc. and will report directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify job openings and prepare accurate job descriptions and requirements.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
  • Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
  • Reviewing resumes and pre-screening qualifications.
  • Scheduling, conducting interviews, and selecting the most suitable and qualified individuals.
  • Participate in the interview processes, attending and conducting interviews with managers, leads, team members.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and/or other members of management during the offer process.
  • Identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Occasionally arranging travel for candidates to interviews.
  • Arranging the relevant documents required for the onboarding processes.
  • Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department
  • Overseeing incumbents' onboarding processes.
  • Assisting with any and other duties as assigned.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment, onboarding, and hiring process is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent research skills and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must be able to commute daily to and from Longview, NC
