The Reception Coordinator in our Radiology Department plays a vital role in providing administrative support to our technologists and radiologists in delivering diagnostic imaging services. With a focus on organization and attention to detail, this position ensures efficient operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the imaging schedule and patient records with meticulous attention to detail.
• Independently handling administrative tasks within a collaborative team environment.
• Maintaining inventory of film and processing requests, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
• Answering phones courteously, relaying messages accurately, and promptly attending to patient inquiries.
• Upholding a customer service-oriented approach with patients, visitors, families, and staff.
• Facilitating effective communication between departments and ensuring timely relay of information.
• Providing training and assisting in the orientation of new personnel.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.

Education:
