We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions.
Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts or other scripting languages to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that the right access is provided to the right people at the right time.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Possess a deep understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including access management and recertifications.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years experience as an IGA Engineer or in a similar role.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow preferred.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications in SailPoint IdentityNow or other identity and access management solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.

You should be willing to be in our beautiful downtown Baltimore office at least once a week to collaborate with other OneMain security leaders.
