Role Description

This is a part-time business development consulting role (remote).

This role requires experience in corporate HR at medium-to-large companies. This person will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our wellness programs.

This job is ideal for an individual who is passionate about wellness and has spare time during normal business hours. It is important for the this person to know how to activate and implement company wide employee programs.

Base compensation plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, passionate about sales and business development
• Background in HR with medium to large corporations (e.g. onboarding, training, running corporate programs)
• Enjoys networking and socializing
• Comfortable using MS Office and Google suite (e.g. Power Point, Google sheets, video conferencing, Canvas)
• Passionate about health and wellness, but no experience in this space needed
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree
• Good communicator
• Excellent personal presentation
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Lives in the DMV area (Washington DC)

Responsibilities:

• Attend 1-hr onboarding session
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Initiate and build relationships with potential customers and stakeholders
• Attend a bi-weekly meeting to a) review and validate leads, and b) define strategy and next steps to approach target clients
• Participate in-person meetings if needed, depending on the client
