JOB SUMMARY In this role, you will work with internal IT teams and business-oriented teams to provide system support and development services for a diverse user community and product line. Our desired candidate analyzes, designs, advises, programs and maintains a large and complex system. RESPONSIBILITIES • Tests, documents, and debugs applications and associated interfaces. • Provides technical support for various applications and interfaces. • Ensures systems improvements are successfully implemented according to change management procedures. • Coordinates with users and vendors, determines requirements, and ensures applications systems meet user needs. • Other projects and assignments, as directed. REQUIREMENTS • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and become a go-to expert in various processes unique to ONEOK and the Midstream Industry. • Desire and ability to pro-actively solve problems and an ability to influence decision-makers without the need to involve higher levels of authority. • Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with business partners, managers, directors, and developers. • Strong understanding of SQL and Java/C#. • Ability to develop new and innovative solutions. • Demonstrated experience managing a project through the entire project life cycle utilizing both Waterfall and Agile PLC methodologies. Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs): • Hands-on experience in technologies including Atlassian Suite, Visual Studio Code, ServiceNow, .NET Core, React, Linux. • Demonstrated strong partnering, mentoring, and coaching skills. • One or more industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft Solution Architect Certifications, Microsoft Developer Certifications, Oracle Developer Certifications, PMI Certifications, SAFe Certifications, and Scrum Alliance Certifications, a plus. • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, a plus. Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in-office one day a week and remotely for the rest. Our in-office time is used primarily for team meetings and formal and informal collaboration. Job Profile Summary Responsible for, with limited supervision, all aspects of the software development lifecycle for both package and custom developed applications, including in software design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance activities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Works independent with limited supervision to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software solutions as prioritized by the business including creating and updating system documentation and training materials Design, development, testing, maintenance and documentation of reliable and scalable software solutions, as prioritized by the business, according to facts, policies and practices that will support user requirements Manage projects and processes through entire system development life cycle Gather and document business requirements to determine the capabilities that need to be delivered. Consult with the users on the priorities, complexities and other impacts of the requirements.
