Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional MD or DO to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide medical oversight, represent the practice in various professional settings, and maintain effective communication with all levels of the Practice's management. This role requires a thorough understanding of medical regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Responsibilities And DutiesMedical Oversight:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality treatments through consultation with medical personnel.
Review charts as per the Practice Agreement for Physician Assistants (PAs) or Nurse Practitioners (NPs) under the supervision of MDs/DOs.
Collaborate with the overseeing physician, who must be available via telecommunications for consultations.
Professional Representation
Maintain a professional demeanor within the medical community.
Engage in activities to promote or represent the Practice, including lecturing, legal hearings, board meetings, business engagements, community involvement, and social media, with prior agreement from the Parties.
Communication
Maintain timely and effective communication with Practice management, administration, and directors as necessary.
Qualifications/Preferred Knowledge/Skills
MD or DO with experience in complex disease management and comfort in overseeing and consulting on primary care/internal medicine cases.
Licensed in the State of Oregon to practice medicine.
Proven experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of medical practices, regulations, and certification processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to represent the Practice in various professional and community settings.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
