Marketing Communications Specialist
OneSource is a rapidly growing leader world-class technology services and solutions company. To build on the company’s growth and momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Marketing Communications Specialist who can contribute to existing programs and participate in the development of new initiatives. The Marketing Communications Specialist will support a variety of corporate shared services programs that positively impact OneSource's business, employees, clients, and field partners. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks required to support the internal programs led by our leadership team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning & Development
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate employee engagement and learning events.
• Promote, schedule, materials preparation, and day-of event coordination for quarterly internal learning events (in-office and virtual).
• Administer OneSource Field Resource (Technician) Training program to include:
Health, Safety, Security & Environment
• Provide professional administrative support to the HSSE leadership and program supporting the business, to include:
• Provide support to leadership and cross-functional teams as they execute and sustain diverse internal programs.
• General administrative and program support tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven administrative experience (2 years)
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Aptitude for learning new processes. software and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or a similar business suite for communication and collaboration
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree in (or pursing) Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• Previous success in office project management
• Telecom/IT industry experience
• Knowledge of safety and/or learning and development
WORK SCHEDULE
• Category: Full-time, 30-40 hours/week o 30 hours/week - 1st 60-90 days*, 40 hours/week after
• Role Type: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
