We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team, focusing on Sales Support! In this role, you'll be the champion for our customers, ensuring an extraordinary experience throughout the sales process.

What You'll Do :

• Research and answer customer and salesperson questions about products, orders, and deliveries
• Proactively keep customers informed on order status and any potential delays
• Assist customers throughout the sales cycle, from quotes to order fulfillment and shipment
• Locate, package, and ship samples as requested
• Troubleshoot customer order and account issues
• Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure on-time deliveries
• Support the sales team with managing open R&D and project pipelines
• Compile reports, prepare meeting materials, and book travel as needed
• Support the accounting team with data analysis
• Greet visitors and direct them to Plant

Salary : $50K - $55K DOE - with bonuses based on performance

Schedule : Mon - Fri 8A - 4 : 30P

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have :

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
