Your Role and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join IBM and help develop and expand IBM Consulting's AI solution offerings. In this role you will work closely with business line stakeholders and customers to help design, innovate and build our next generation AI and ML solutions and offerings focused on federal government ecosystems. In this role you will drive the creation of innovative, mission relevant, AI products from ideation, through MVP, pilot, and production. You will help solve real world problems and challenges faced by military personnel, analysts, medical researchers, IRS agents, and other federal customers. You will directly support IBM Consulting's Federal CTO office and oLabs. You will also serve as an engineering architect and subject matter expert to help shape customer-specific AI related solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in Python and C/C
• Proficiency in linear algebra operations, computer vision, and image processing
• Proficiency in working with linux-based systems
• Experience developing object detection models, multi-object tracking, and re-identification of uniquely tracked objects
• Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as pytorch, tensorflow, ONNX, and TensorRT

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience supporting the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
