Our Payments business operates like a fintech at enterprise scale by innovating with new products and services, adopting cutting edge technologies and leading as an AI innovator while processing around $10 trillion daily.
As a Product Manager Associate in our Payments Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for promoting the innovation of our XChange platform. You will work closely with engineers and data scientists to create a frictionless development environment for new products and services. Your role will be pivotal in transforming how data is used across payments and you will become an expert in how money moves around the planet.
Job Responsibilities

• Act as a visionary and thought leader in transforming how data is used across payments.
• Drive the end-to-end development of the Lakehouse platform, managing product strategy, roadmap, and specifications. Work directly with engineering and data science teams, providing clarity around goals and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and business challenges.
• Innovate on new ways to leverage our unique data assets to create new analytics services and products.
• Exhibit strong project management skills, effectively planning tasks and managing product delivery timelines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2 years of professional experience in smart creative roles e.g. product management, strategy consulting
• Understand how to use data to drive business value leveraging a range of analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python)
• Superior problem structuring and communication skills to enable senior management decision making.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition
• Execution focused and comfortable dealing with uncertainty in decision making.
• Experience in promoting deep technical products and concepts to a range of stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Understanding of cloud computing platforms and various data access patterns for BI and AI
• Experience in large SaaS or data organizations would be a plus.
