Job Summary:
The Program Strategy & Implementation Manager provides leadership and project/program management and is accountable for the business results of the program. This position also manages large cross functional groups to achieve flawless implementation of new capabilities and delivery of change management efforts to drive adoption/support. The individual in this role will strategically support the leadership team and work across the organization to drive Legacy and ASC (new affordable, simple connected) PL products goals and channel-related activities. Work can include areas such as our eDelivery, Consumer Terms & Conditions, and eSignature/Upload/Attestation services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the future vision and strategy for large-scale programs, including contributing to development of business cases and execution roadmaps, 3-year plans and ensuring prioritization is understood by cross-functional stakeholders and mid-level leadership
  • Work with all AORs across the enterprise, negotiating, through partnerships, and formal/informal communications to influence and contribute to the company s strategic objectives and support AOR goals
  • Partner with managers across the enterprise to provide cross-functional working teams and mid-level leaders visibility into progress, risks, budgets and metrics for Enterprise Services programs
  • Proactively manage programs ensuring all project decisions support business results with balance to also improve Net Promoter Score, IIF commitments
  • Lead and inspire others through performance/360 reviews, peer mentoring/coaching, development
  • Achieve results through high performance environment, reporting on success criteria/metrics, communicating results to all stakeholders, acting on course corrections and offering innovative solutions
  • Research and provide insights on internal and external resources/capabilities to deliver solutions
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.
Functional Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile methodology, including Scrum, or other Agile frameworks, with a demonstrated ability to effectively apply Agile principles and practices in project/product management
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Suite, Mural (flexible visual collaboration), Shibumi (strategic program & portfolio management) or Agility (capability & epic technology management)
  • Fully functional professional knowledge of organizational culture, standards and business goals; people & project management; competitor/industry practices in subject area; line of business
  • Advanced project/program management skills and systems thinking
  • Advanced relationship management and leadership skills, and organizational savvy
  • Advanced analytical skills, providing critical thinking and solving problems

Compensation offered for this role is $105,500.00-$178,250.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
