OneTen is Hiring a Senior Business Accountability Coordinator Near CHARLOTTE, NC

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Accountability Coordinator for Delegation of Lending Authority Event Management Team within the Home Lending Underwriting, Credit Administration and Operations Risk organization. The Event Management team is responsible for managing and overseeing the Delegated Credit Approval Authority (DCAA) program for Home Lending Originations.
In this role, you will:
  • Support performance of less experienced staff and the overall effectiveness of activities relating to risk mitigation or control efforts on behalf of the business; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing associated processes and tools.
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, monitoring, reporting, and coordination tasks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff.
  • Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside of work group on a wide range and variety of information.
  • Execute delegation of lending authority origination system requests, DOA Database access requests, and activities for Home Lending operations in accordance with published procedures.
  • Executes & monitors DOLA Control Reporting
  • Ensure accuracy of Delegation of Lending Authority records, evidence, and storage
  • Manages UW Access mailbox (40K-45K emails annually)
  • Assists various partners with questions related to the Delegation of Lending Authority processes.
  • Supports other miscellaneous administration duties when necessary (ordering supplies/equipment, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
  • 4 years of business controls, procedures, compliance, or risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
  • Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex analytical questions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking.
  • Exposure to the Wells Fargo's CORE origination system
  • Exposure and/or Experience with DCAA (Delegated Credit Approval Authority)
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
