Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking inbound calls and providing customer care to help resolve issues.

• Build rapport and establish relationships
• Promote and upsell products or services
• Meet and exceed quality targets
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer proficiency
