Job Summary: Act as the Onsite Manager to serve as the liaison between all related parties to include customers facility, vendor and onsite Leads. Provide direction to the DC Specialists / Leads of all shifts to ensure daily KPIs are met or exceeded and work with each to perform recruitment and/or separation activities, monitor staff’s performance and provide additional training as required. Responsible for working with the Onsite Specialist and Safety Coordinator to minimize the risk of job-related accidents for Ongweoweh, conduct safety trainings and monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
75% Works with the DC Specialists / Leads of all shifts to provide direction and plans to meet the assigned KPIs of each day. Properly communicate progress and/or challenges with the customer’s onsite management team as well as the Onsite Specialist and Safety Coordinator. Works with the DC Specialists / Leads to ensure all personnel are trained and performing to the standards outlined with the upmost understanding of safety protocols. Assists with recruitment and/or separation activities as needed, individual performance discussions with the staff, conflict resolution and mentoring of DC Specialists / Leads as supervisors. Identify continuous improvement and revenue generating opportunities. Will be responsible for knowing the contractual requirements of the program and Ongweoweh’s Onsite Management SOP.
10% Works in conjunction with the Human Resources department and the Onsite Specialist and Safety Coordinator to develop and enforce OSHA policies (i.e. accident reporting process). Directs accident investigation procedures and gathers all necessary information required for Workers Compensation claims. Assists with DOT compliance and safety requirements.
5% Keeps records of safety-related incidents and proposes corrective actions. Collaborates with managers/onsite leads to monitor compliance and identify safety issues. Reviews injury/illness and non-injury incident investigation reports and follows up as necessary.

Direct supervision of the DC Specialists / Leads. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, instructing, and training in work methods, assigning, scheduling, planning, checking, and approving work; evaluating performance, and administering disciplinary action as required.
Equipment, Machines, and Software Used:
Ability to operate various office equipment including computer, printer, telephone, fax machine, and photocopier.
Computer Software: Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
