- Monday-Friday schedule, 9-5 : 30

What you'll do as a Customer Service Representative :
- Verify accuracy of orders entered
- Schedule and release customer's orders to production
- Respond to customer information requests via phone / fax / email
- Provide clerical support for internal and external customers
- Perform data entry functions for customer orders
Work Experience
The preferred candidate should have :
- Customer service experience
- Data entry skills
- Clerical support experience
- Order processing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
