Job DescriptionCustomer Support and Production Coordinator
$19.00 / hour (negotiable)
1st shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
This is a customer service and production support role. You will answer phone calls, process orders, and help maintain customer relationships. You will also be responsible for some administrative tasks and keeping the work area organized.
Here Are Some Key Things You Will Do
  • Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and scheduling
  • Take orders and ensure they are processed accurately
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain customer files and records
  • Print reports and mailing labels
  • Assist with various tasks like processing payments and preparing shipments
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
Work Experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • At least 1 year experience working in an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer software and comfortable learning new systems
  • A positive and customer-service oriented attitude
  • At least 1 year of data entry experience
