Online Cargo is a Trucking, Logistics, and eCommerce company. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for finding customers to use our service as well as performing tasks related to sales.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers

- Find leads.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the drayage and transportation industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable (Mandarin, Spanish, Korean)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with product inquiries
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
