Position Goal:
As an Executive Assistant, your primary goal is to be the backbone of our executive team, ensuring seamless daily operations and enhancing productivity. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, facilitating clear communication, and providing essential support that drives the company and team towards success. Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and inboxes.
- Prepare agendas, updates, and notes.
- Compile weekly reports for recurring meetings.
- Document meeting minutes and processes.
- Correspond daily with clients and team members.
- Follow up on projects/tasks.
- Conduct research and development as needed.
- Manage preparation and execution of agreements.
- Draft templates, spreadsheets, forms, and other documents.
- Track hours/workflow in CRM and assign tasks on behalf of executives.
- Assist with clarification on executive instructions.
- Follow up and communicate executive requests.
- Assist with scheduling, process documentation, policy revisions, training, and other tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
