Job Description:

• We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager with Technical experience.
• The main duties will be project management, project plans, running meetings, and coordinating with business units and IT organizations.
• It is a very important project and we need a detail-oriented, outgoing individual who can work under pressure.
• An experienced Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is a highly skilled professional who oversees and directs projects from inception to completion.
• They possess extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Technical Proficiency: Possesses a deep understanding of project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, and others.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

Team Management: Leads and manages project teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Quality Assurance: Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

Budget Management: Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Progress Monitoring: Tracks project progress, prepares status reports, and communicates updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Performance Evaluation: Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Preferred background/prior Work Experience:

• Sr Project Manager with at least 5 years exp.
