Job Duties:

* Technical Leadership: Take ownership of projects, features, and critical decisions. Mentor junior team

* members through pair programming, code reviews, and technical training sessions.

* Solution Design: Investigate, prototype and develop solutions for intricate customer challenges.

* Influence the adoption of new technologies.

* Collaboration: Work closely with Architects, Project Managers, and QA professionals to deliver

* enterprise-class software solutions.

* Documentation: Clearly document your technical solutions, ensuring concise and effective

* communication.

* Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and tools relevant to your field.

Required Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).

* Experience: 7-10 years in software engineering.

* Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in a variety of languages and development frameworks.

* Deep Knowledge: Proficiency in Java, C, or C and object-oriented design principles.

* Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with frequent change and ambiguity.

* Technology Stack: Familiarity with web services, JSON, REST architectures, and client-side technologies (AJAX,

* JavaScript).

* Cloud Experience: Exposure to cloud solutions (e.g., AWS) is a plus.

* Communication: Precise, efficient, and effective communication skills.

* Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Problem-Solving: Efficiently resolve complex issues and manage multiple tasks.

* Collaboration: Strong team player who contributes to technology development.

* US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

* Previous consulting experience preferred

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
