OnMessage Public Strategies seeks a Graphic Designer to help create the best in class ad creative. The position will be responsible for creating a wide range of designs for digital campaigns. Your responsibilities will include designing online graphics for advertising, memes, as well as email marketing. Also, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our ads team to create motion graphics for TV and digital video. 

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative graphics for social, display and print advertising
• Collaborate with the ads team designing motion graphics and branding for client ads
• Balance and prioritize work to ensure critical items are addressed
• Produce high-quality deliverables while working within budget and meeting deadlines
• Keep supervisor aware of workload and potential conflicting commitments
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and eliciting feedback

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a creative department of an agency, design shop or digital firm
• Strong desire and ability to work creatively with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
• Ability to work quickly and easily while handling multiple projects
• Must be able to work cooperatively as a member of a team as well as independently
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude
• Expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Must be able to provide references and samples of work

Desired Skills:

• High-quality print design
• UX/UI application or website design experience
• Mobile design experience
• Knowledge of CSS
