Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at OnSite Dealer Solutions. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all daily personnel duties including but not limited to the oversight of HR Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Benefits Functions. In addition, this position is also responsible for creating and implementing efficient processes to efficiently meet company, state, and federal requirements while mitigating company risk. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to HR operations and employee support.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field experience.
· HR certification strongly preferred.
Required Knowledge:
· Thorough understanding of employment laws and best practices.
Experience Required:
· Five years of related experience.
Skills/Abilities:
· Professional, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary for interacting with and presenting to all employees.
· Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
· Proficient at using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
· Ability for making decisions independently.
· A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required. Work involves extensive personal contact with others inside and outside of the organization and can be of a sensitive nature.
