Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Stokesdale, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm
Department: Finance
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Job Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Performing data entry.
- Research and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, or payment related issues or discrepancies.
- Support the accounting department with a variety of different tasks
Job Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) suite and accounts payable software.
- Must be driven, self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively time manage and prioritize competing tasks or deadlines.
