• Community Development: Identify and engage key stakeholders to establish OnTime’s presence in various U.S. regions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the U.S. mobility and logistics sector.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for community growth and service implementation.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a local team dedicated to community engagement, service delivery, and operational excellence.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success and growth of OnTime’s U.S. communities.
• Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses, government entities, and other relevant organizations.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an operational role.
